Within Istanbul

We can arrange buses that will take the participating schools from their hotel to Hisar every morning, and the return trip to their hotel again in the evenings. Please bear in mind that it is very important that all participants turn up at their respective buses on time to ensure timely arrival at the conference. Transportation such as this will be provided to the participating schools that fill out the Transportation Request Form (Form 9). After the participating schools fill out the form, they will be informed of the total price and the pick-up times.

From and To the Airport
We can also arrange buses that will take the participating schools from Ataturk Airport to their hotel. Please provide your return flight information on the Transportation Request Form so that arrangements for the buses can be made. The service fees for airport transfers will be provided after participating schools fill out the form.
